Christy A. Cole, MA is a licensed clinical mental health counselor, consultant and educator who specializes in applying positive psychology to promote personal growth and increase happiness in people's lives.
Christy has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women's Studies from the University of New Hampshire and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. Christy holds a certification in Positive Psychology from the Zur Institute has been providing positive-psychology informed psychotherapy and consultation for the past nineteen years within a variety of settings, including public schools, colleges, non-profit organizations, businesses, and agencies.
She is the co-founder and co-director of Hello Happy Living, an organization dedicated to promoting positive psychology principles through educational pursuits.
